To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. What are the reasons eligible for our 7-day return policy?
Our 7-day Return and Refund Policy covers both reasonable and unreasonable return reasons, including discrepancies in style, pattern, and specifications, wrong item shipped, poor workmanship, and so on.

2. How much will be refunded?
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis when the warehouse receives a return in good condition without any signs of damage or use. If we ship the wrong item, we will refund you in full.

3. Returns for items that are not for the order.
Regarding Mistaken Returns, we do not offer refunds. Please ensure that you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund. If you have mistakenly sent an item to COMICOMI or included something not intended for COMICOMI in a return, please contact Customer Service immediately. We do not support the return of incorrect items, and no compensation will be provided for such cases.

4. How to handle multiple returns within one order?
Each order is eligible for one free local return. e.g. If your order contains two products, you can choose to return both products or just one, but if the left one still needs to be returned, the shipping cost for the return of the left item will be afforded by the buyer at that time. Also, all returned items within an order will be reimbursed based on the actual amount paid for the returned item.

5. Time Period for return and refund:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive your returns. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

6. Items that You Can't Return:
There are some items purchased on the ComiComi store that you cannot return:
Customizable service
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Handmade Rug
Damaged items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on CLEARANCE SALE items unless arrived damaged or defective.

Note: Nonreturnable items that arrived damaged or defective are eligible for a refund or replacement.

7. Situations that are not covered within the guarantee scope:
Orders that have not been shipped.
Products that are damaged or destroyed.

8. Return Fees:
When your return qualifies for the free returns policy, there will be no restocking fee.

9. Return Steps:
The buyer initiates the return request.
COMICOMI reviews whether it meets the return requirements.
Upon approval, the buyer applies for a return shipping label.
Warehouse inspection.
After a successful inspection, COMICOMI confirms the return result.

7-Day Return Policy
On the grounds of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 7-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by the return will NOT be refunded.

Additionally, a restocking fee (35% of the item’s retail value) will be charged under this circumstance. This also applies to packages that have been opened but are still working well. Please contact to process your request. After receiving and checking that the item is in good condition, you will receive an email notifying you that the remaining 65% of the amount paid will be reimbursed directly to the payment method used (PayPal or Credit Card) within 3-5 working days. Please also note that PayPal or your bank may also require some processing time after we have issued your refund.

For items that are damaged, incorrect, or faulty upon delivery, you must contact within 7 days of delivery. You need to provide any solid proof of the problem you come across. COMICOMI will help you identify the problem and may cover the shipping cost according to the agreed amount. Please kindly note that a shipping fee that is extremely higher than 15% of the product value is non-refundable. The shipping fee won’t be refunded if the product is not with any manufacturer defects.

For returning products, please contact for the process. We will create a Return Label for your return, but the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customers.

Upon receiving your parcel, please confirm the contents of the package and ensure that it is in good condition before signing for it.
If your product is incorrect/missing, please follow the instructions:

Attach photos and videos to show that your product is incorrect/missing
Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund (where applicable).
